500 gr. trenette, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, anchovies, grated cheese, salt.
Put a large sauce pan of water on to boil, add 1 tsp salt when boiling, and cook the trenette. In a frying pan, brown a clove of garlic in extra virgin olive oil; when it is golden, add two or three anchovies (you have already removed their bones). When anchovies have melted, add trenette and mix. Add grated cheese and serve.
