Traditional Ligurian creams

Ligurian cuisine is traditionally a vegetarian one: vegetables here produced are of excellent quality. Thus Ligurian dishes abound of eggplant, tomatoes, artichokes, Fava Beans, asparagus and Zucchini. Whereas in the hills of the hinterland it is not hard to find high quality mushrooms, especially wild mushrooms, prominent element of many dishes. Carefully selecting the best vegetables of our land we produce our creams and patés.
