Description
Stockfish fillets , appreciated and marketed for centuries, is a delicacy that never fails on the tables of Ligurians and beyond.
We decided to offer it in oil with the addition of a few simple ingredients to enhance it while maintaining its original taste. The addition of extra virgin olive oil, Taggiasca olives, parsley and a pinch of pepper, give life to a delicious STOCKFISH for refined palates.
