Description
The unmistakable scent of mushrooms preserved in olive oil (extra virgin olive oil is not recommended because its scent would dwarf that of the porcine) is enhanced by the taste of bay leaf and mixed aromas (pepper, cinnamon, cloves cloves and nutmeg).
