Chestnut trofie


Also called trofie “bastard” for the simultaneous presence of both wheat flour and chestnut flour , are very tasty with pesto, where the taste of pesto marries perfectly with the sweet aftertaste of the dough. Excellent though seasoned with a tomato-based sauce with ligurian herbs.

In packs of 500 g shelf life: 24 months from date of manufacture
