Kisses from Alassio

Description

The “Kiss of Alassio”, also known “Kiss of the Riviera”, is a happy and successful derivation of “Baci di Dama”. Born in the early twentieth century, it differs from Baci di Dama because larger and with different composition of the cream of the stuffing. Oval in shape and color hazelnut /chocolate, it’s formed by two hemispherical shells which are stuffed by a chocolate cream.
