Oregano

Description

Of oregano it is udes the entire plant, fresh or dried; grows in almost every region of Italy up to an altitude of 1300 metres.

In cuisine is oft used for flavoring meat dishes, fish, mushrooms, vegetables and pizza; try for example on carpaccio of swordfish with cherry tomatoes and on chicken with olives and capers.
