Rosemary

Description

According to the ancient Romans, the rosemary was born spontaneously in the lands near the sea: its name derives from Latin Ros Maris, dew of the sea. Dried has a pungent, spicy aroma and refreshing, though less intense than fresh. Excellent with meat stews, game, grilled specialities, fish and roast potatoes.
