Pesto is the most classic of Ligurian condiments.

Respecting the traditional recipe of western Liguria, we prepare Genoese pesto every day by combining DOP basil, our extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, pecorino cheese, Grana Padano DOP and sea salt.

A more delicate variant much appreciated by children and by those who do not like the taste of garlic.
