Genoese pesto with Genoese basil D.O.P “Ancient recipe”
Pesto is the most classic of Ligurian condiments.
In compliance with the traditional recipe of western Liguria, we prepare Genoese pesto every day by combining DOP basil, our extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, pecorino cheese, Grana Padano DOP, sea salt and garlic from Vessalico, slow food presidium.
These are the ingredients of a quality artisan pesto, made according to the ancient Ligurian tradition.
