Tuna Bottarga grated


Tuna bottarga is obtained from eggs of red tuna with a very laborious process and totally artisan: the eggs are washed, dried, salted and grated, becoming so an authentic gastronomic jewel, whose discovery is due even to the Phoenicians. Thanks to its intense flavor is excellent if adding to sauces to make delicious spaghetti with clams or simply mixed with melted butter to spread on slices of toasted bread with the addition of pitted olives.
