Sea bream fillets in olive oil


Sea bream, whose name derives from the characteristic Golden strip showing between the eyes, is considered one of the most valuable fish in the market; his compact and delicate meats are appreciated not only for flavor, but for the fact that they have very few lisps. Fillets of sea bream, handmade from fresh fish bred in the Mediterranean, are cooked by steaming and lend themselves to many recipes, both as a seasoning of pasta dishes, with fresh tomatoes and herbs, or as tasty second course simply accompanied by a warm Arugula sauce.
