Walnut cream




It is a solid cream, not liquid, thanks to the addition of artichoke heart that, besides making it homogeneous, softens the sometimes bitter taste of walnuts. In the classic pairing with stuffed pasta expresses its delicate taste, excellent with typical croxetti (ligurian pasta disks), or with raw vegetables and white meats.
