It is prepared only with taggiasca olives and extra virgin olive oil that gives a pleasant taste with sweet and pleasantly fruity. A spoonful of this cream is an excellent idea to season a tomato sauce, fabulous on risotto or accompanied with canapés, also ideal as a topping for sauces.
