Sea bass fillets in olive


Also known as ‘ spigola ‘ in some areas of Italy, sea bass, thanks to its delicate taste and tender flesh, firm and supple is a fish that adapts to many recipes. It is very digestible, rich in proteins and low in fats. The fillets are handmade from fresh fish; steaming enhances the distinctive flavor, making them ideal for tasty starters and  original pasta dressings.
