Anchovies with parsley

Description

Anchovies, fished in the Mediterranean, are entire and are preserved in olive oil with parsley. They represent a classic preparation of Italian cuisine and can be enjoyed as an appetizer with a splash of lemon or used to prepare toasted bread seasoned with garlic, olive oil and salt and of course as the basis of tasty sauces for pasta and pizza with fresh tomatoes.
