Swordfish fillets in olive oil


The swordfish fillets, fished in the Mediterranean, are cleaned and handcrafted from fresh fish; steamed, they contain no preservatives or flavour enhancers. The meat of swordfish is pinkish-white, fine and with a characteristic flavour; it’s a very rich food, excellent source of protein and little fat. Ideal for appetizers with capers and olives, enhances salads and pasta dressings.
