Bruschetta sauce

Description

It is a ready-made sauce with  tomatoes, onions, capers, anchovies and cilantro and enriched with precious pitted taggiasca olives. Very tasty, when heated, with the addition of fresh basil leaves or oregano, it is excellent for fast and simple pasta dishes. Of course this sauce gives her best as a basis for a ‘ bruschetta ‘ toasted bread that you will grill with mozzarella and a sprinkling of extra virgin olive oil.
