It is a tomato-based sauce with mushrooms, parsley and garlic, typical of the Ligurian tradition; Dainty, it is great to combine with any kind of pasta, in particular long-cut pasta like tagliatelle, taglierini, pappardelle. This sauce is also the ideal ingredient for delicious risotto with porcini mushrooms.
