Tomato sauce with vegetables

Description

To prepare this tomato sauce we use tomatoes and vegetables harvested at the proper maturity, which are then selected and cleaned. Thanks to vegetables, this is a fancy tomato sauce. It is really good to be tasted on brown pasta or rice, or simply as a side dish. It is also a good start to prepare tasty recipes. This is a ready to be used tomato sauce but to bring out its flavour you can put it on a medium heat and add extra virgin olive oil. In this sauce you can really taste the fresh summer tomatoes.
