Whole artichokes.

One of the typical products of the Albenga plain is the spiny artichoke; it is particularly tender and has delicate taste and here finds favourable climatic conditions to its growth. Crafted from fresh, the artichoke hearts remain delicate and fragrant; to be enjoyed as an aperitif, to accompany a starter and to enrich vegetables, they are also excellent for seasoning a dish of noodles with tuna and Parmesan flakes.
