Dried tomatoes

Description

Our dried tomatoes are processed according to an ancient recipe through which they are flavored and spiced with the addition of olive oil. Our advice to discover the goodness of our dried but fleshy tomatoes is on a slice of crispy bread, perhaps with the addition of capers and a drizzle of Taggiasca monocultivar extra virgin olive oil, as our grandparents did.
