Description
Similar but more delicate in flavor of the caper, it is also called Cucuncio and is consumed in some parts of Italy, like any other vegetables, usually in a salad. We appreciate usually with aperitifs or as a starter and to enrich pasta dishes and pizza, or is used as a side dish to spice boiled meat and fish.
