Micro capers in vinegar
Description
Capers are the buds of the caper plant not yet hatched: the capers are micro fine because of the small size of their diameter from 3 to 5 mm. Naturally preserved in white wine vinegar, with no added preservatives to ensure the authenticity and freshness, flavor and aroma are intense and they are an essential ingredient of the Ligurian cuisine.
