Treated to make harmless the less pleasant component which makes it very digestible, garlic slices is an original and tasty appetizer perfect for accompanying aperitifs. Embellished by mixed aromas (pepper, parsley, rosemary, oregano), it goes also to meat and fish dishes, or in salads and pizza.
