Description
This tasty cream is obtained from fresh onions, olive oil and a pinch of salt. It has a subtle and a soft flavor and it is ideal to brown, to appreciate fresh and slightly matured cheese, meat (roasted or boiled), fondues and seafood. You can also try it on warm bread with some pitted taggiasca olives.
