The Ligurian paciugo, born from a playful mixture, wich gives its name,  is made with artichoke hearts, Genoese basil dop, tomatoes, capers, olives, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil and Aglio di Vessalico slow food presidium.

Unmistakable among all and unique in its kind, we recommend this cream spread on homemade bread bruschetta, enriched with goat cheese or a simple anchovy fillet. It is also suitable for seasoning pasta, with the addition of fresh ricotta for those who love a more delicate taste, or in combination with boiled meats.
