From the Arabic “piccantina”, is a cream made from Chili pepper and extra virgin olive oil which combine garlic and coriander. Used both as a condiment and as an ingredient, gives a spicy flavour to foods. Ideal to accompany the cus-cus, pasta and meat. For a tasty appetizer try along with extra virgin olive oil, pitted taggiasca olives and enjoy it on our toasted bread slices.
