To the chopped black truffle we add mushrooms, extra virgin olive oil, a small quantity of anchovies, garlic from Vessalico, olive cream, natural truffle aroma.
The resulting cream is a unique product, ideal for dressing the famous taglierini, dressing gourmet pizzas with the addition of castelmagno cheese, mozzarella, fresh porcini mushrooms and excellent ham, or freshly baked croutons with Colonnato lard.
