The green sauce recipe is a typical Piedmontese sauce that has become part of Italian cuisine and in particular of Liguria, lending itself very well to consumption with fish.

Prepared with parsley, anchovies, capers, wine vinegar, garlic from Vessalico and pine nuts, it is ideal to accompany boiled meats, hard-boiled eggs, breaded and fried anchovies, or to create delicious canapes such as shrimp, mayonnaise and green sauce.
