Taggiasca Olives in Brine – 500 g
Prepared according to an ancient recipe, they are soaked in water, which is replaced regularly for 40 days.
The brine is made by carefully measuring whole salt so as not to alter the product, with the addition of aromatic herbs.
Excellent to enjoy as an aperitif, to add to salads, or on pizza.
