Fig jam


The fig jam is simple and delicate, sweet flavoured, really palatable. The extreme delicacy of the ripe fruit is soft in texture, with its typical grains, and light fragrance that gives way to very intense and persistent sweetness. It is excellent both for making tarts or to enrich and serve ice cream or mousse. Ideal with white meats and delicate blue-veined cheese, like sweet gorgonzola.
