Description
The slightly sour taste of the berries, rich in vital proteins for our bodies, marries beautifully with delicate cheeses such as ricotta; the berry jam is also excellent with game, especially with the venison meat, but also as a dessert, slightly diluted in plain yogurt or ice cream.
