Taggiasca olives in brine


Prepared according to the traditional recipe, they are put in the water and replaced the same for 40 days. The brine is prepared by dosing the whole salt as not to alter the product and with the addition of herbs (thyme, bay leaf, rosemary and sage). Great to combine with an aperitif, to be added in salads and pizza.
