Extra virgin olive oil PDO fron Western Riviera

Description

In the period from November to March, the Taggiasca olives are harvested and taken directly to the mill where they are “cold-pressed” using a low-temperature process that guarantees the preservation of the organoleptic qualities of the product.

This oil complies with the specification of conformity approved by Reg. ce n. 123/97 which defines the parameters of production, crushing and bottling.
